  • We enjoy working with engineers to ensure that facilities are designed and implemented properly from the ground up.
  • We work with clients to help design a system that works for them. From designing glaze labs to facility improvements, we are happy to help.
• Safety assessment
  • We are well versed in safety concerns surrounding the ceramic studio including respiratory protection, cleaning procedures, ventilation, instruction, and safety protocol.
• Ventilation consultation
  • We work with users and engineers to design a ventilation system that works for you.
• Kiln room design
  • As a working ceramic artist and academic, I understand the need to make the most out of a small space while keeping it safe.
  • We can design the space to be the most effective for future implementation.
• Equipment recommendations
  • We know equipment and will discuss current and future needs and implementation.
• Installation and relocation
  • We provide free installation on all equipment that we sell within our coverage area. You pay only for travel for areas outside of our normal coverage area.
  • We will answer questions and guide new users on new technologies.
• Reporting
  • We take comprehensive notes and can do a full inspection and report on findings so that facility managers and administrators are able to make informed decisions.

All Service Calls for kiln repair include our comprehensive kiln inspection where we do a full diagnosis of kiln health including testing element resistances, checking all voltages, relay reports, checking all wiring, recording facility notes etc. A copy of this report is emailed to the customer. Print, where requested, will be sent with receipt.
